REFUND POLICY

Location: OTP Soccer (in collaboration with Killian Palms Country Club), 9950 SW 104th St, Miami, FL 33176

  1. Scope
    This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all reservations, bookings, or sessions made with OTP Soccer (“Company”) at the aforementioned location.

  2. Cancellation Deadline
    2.1. 12-Hour Notice. To receive a full refund, you must cancel your booking at least twelve (12) hours prior to the scheduled start time of your session or event.

  3. Method of Cancellation
    3.1. Email or Phone. Cancellations must be submitted either by email to contact@otpsoccer.com or by phone at 305-815-3828. Please include your booking details (name, date, time, and reference number if applicable).
    3.2. Timely Submission. The date and time of your emailed or telephonic cancellation will be used to determine compliance with the 12-hour deadline.

  4. Refund Processing
    4.1. Original Payment Method. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period, typically five (5) to seven (7) business days, subject to processing times by your financial institution.
    4.2. No-Show or Late Cancellation. If you fail to appear for your scheduled session or cancel less than twelve (12) hours before the session, you will not be entitled to any refund.

  5. Modification or Rescheduling
    5.1. Rescheduling requests made at least twelve (12) hours in advance may be accommodated at the discretion of the Company, subject to availability.
    5.2. If rescheduling is not possible, Company’s refund rules, as stated herein, shall apply.

  6. Changes to This Policy
    6.1. The Company reserves the right to modify or amend this Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Company’s website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
